Governance, Advisors & Organizational Leadership
A circle of advisors to hold the work accountable.
We are forming an advisory circle to support research translation, community accountability, and the development of our prevention work. The circle spans research, Indigenous knowledge, safeguarding, education, sport science, and survivor experience. Once formed, the circle will review translations, guide methodology, and help keep prevention honest.
Executive leadership is shown separately from corporate governance. A formal board roster reflects legally current corporate information.
Governance, law & corporate obligations
The legal ground we stand on.
PWR 360 is a federally incorporated not-for-profit, registered in British Columbia. Our Child Architecture aligns with Canadian and B.C. child-protection, reporting, and safe-sport frameworks. The full legal and corporate summary lives on a dedicated page.
How we lead
Safety is not something we add after something goes wrong.
PWR 360 believes leadership determines what an organization notices, what it normalizes, what people feel safe enough to report and what happens when someone raises a concern.
Our leadership model is built around:
Listening
Accountability
Relationship
Prevention
Learning
Human Dignity
Safety is not the opposite of excellence. Safety is the infrastructure that allows human potential to flourish.
Survivor-Led
Led by people with lived experience of abuse at the hands of educators and institutional failure, building a better system.
Community-Grounded
Rooted in community knowledge, relationship and respect for the people served.
Systems-Focused
We design environments, not just responses, so prevention comes before crisis.
Community authority
Partnership does not mean ownership.
PWR 360 does not own, standardize or extract Indigenous cultural knowledge.
Participating Nations retain authority over their own:
Community authority is part of child safety.

Better systems begin with how we lead.
The next generation deserves institutions willing to listen earlier, learn faster and design differently.
Safer Children. Healthier Systems. Stronger Futures.
