Privacy Notice

How PWR 360 handles personal information.

A plain-language summary of what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

PWR 360 Foundation is a federally incorporated Canadian not-for-profit corporation (Corp. No. 1748875-1), registered extraprovincially in British Columbia (XS0083897). We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the partnership form on our home page: your name, email address, organization if you provide one, your message, and the pathway you selected. If you contact us another way, we keep that correspondence.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and it does not collect information about children.

We record simple, aggregated activity events through the platform that hosts this site, for example that a partnership form was submitted and which pathway was chosen. These events help us understand how the site is used. They are not used for advertising and are not sold or shared with advertisers.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to understand which schools, sport organizations, communities and funders are reaching out, and, where you have asked for updates, to send occasional news about PWR 360's work. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your consent

You give consent when you send us the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to stop contacting you or to remove your details. Every update we send identifies PWR 360 Foundation and includes a way to stop receiving messages.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in our own secure database. Only authorized PWR 360 administrators can open them. They are not visible to other visitors or site users. Our website and database are hosted on the Base44 platform, which stores this information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and maintain our records of organizational partnerships, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

A safeguarding note

Please do not include details about a specific child, or an allegation of abuse, in the partnership form or by email. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or child protection authority right away.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send a message through the partnership form on our home page and note that it is a privacy request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

If this notice changes, we will update this page. Last updated: October 2026.
